The guidance now incorporates referances to the new British and European Standard BS EN 15780 Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems, Introduced in 2011.
TR/19 Highlights current best practice for ensuring kitchen extract systems are maintaind to minimise the risk of fire associated with grease accumulation.
TR/19 is suitable for new build, upgrade and maintenance of ventilation systems.
